Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup lightly packed mint leaves
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup white rum, cold
  • 1 pound raspberries
  • 2 limes, cut into wheels
  • 2 medium peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cantaloupe, diced or balled
  • 2 bottles pinot grigio or chardonnay, chilled
Directions
  • Muddle the mint, honey and rum together in a large pitcher until well combined. Add the raspberries, lime wheels, peaches, cantaloupe and wine; stir well. Pour into glasses over ice, and enjoy, especially if it's a hot day!
