This chili recipe is fairly easy to make and its delicious. The flavors are really deep. I loved it. We've made it twice and the first time I thought the jalapenos were overkill. It was too spicy even though I eat spicy food all the time (and I am Latina I would recommend skipping the Jalapenos and using the cayenne only. Its enough heat.

I made this recipe first for a potluck and was asked for the recipe by everyone who liked and ate chili. I then made is for a family gathering and the same thing happened. The guys have really captured flavors that are incredible and addicting. I have not made any other chili recipes since! I still get requests regularly to make this recipe from anyone who has tried it! Superb!

This is the best chili recipe I've ever made or eaten. I am not a pork eater in general but this is worth it! Next time, I might add more peppers to make it spicier.

I just loved this chili. The only thing I did was cut back to 2 jalapenos and 1/2 tsp. cayenne, but that's because I know my family won't eat anything too spicy. The amount of spice you use is a personal issue. The flavor of the honey after you take a bite is awesome! I have never tasted anything like it! The spicy/sweet combination is fantastic! The preparation was very simple, and although they call it "All Day", once the pot is simmering, there's not much to do except enjoy the aroma and give it a few stirs. Fantastic!

I made it once exact by the recipe. Great!!
Then I did some changes for a larger party and from past exp.
I added 1 lb ground sirloin and andoulie sausage finely chopped and an extra can of white beans also.
Was a hit. Gone in 60 seconds!

This recipie was delicious. It was the best chili that I have ever tasted. It was spicy and sweet. It had the perfect balence between the two. It wasn't that hard to make. I would definently suggest using it for a crowd, but in order todo that I think you should tone down the spicyness of it a bit.

These guys are good! The taste of this chili was complex and fabulous. Made it for a party and no one would leave without the recipe! I lowered the heat a tad, but this is a keeper. Please try!
