Very nice French inspired dish. The lavender is a must, it would be a shame to omit it.

This recipe is out of the ordinary, which is why I tried it. I love Dan and Steve and have never been disappointed in anything I've cooked as a result of their show. This was over the top! It was delicious, a rainbow of colors, and so easy to prepare.
