Easy to make. Next time I need to get larger pepperoncinis. I had about half of the mix left, but it made great dip. Maybe a little on the salty side.

One of the best snacks ever! I made these for the Bowl game, and they were gone in seconds! The combination of the sweet and creamy crab/cheese stuffing and the tangy Peperoncini was perfect. I had to give the recipe to 9 people that day.I made fifty and some people still did'nt get one.

I followed the recipe - other than did not dip the ends in crushed thyme because I had made them the previous day. I was afraid the thyme might turn soggy.

I love watching you guys!!! Love it!! I wish they put you two on more often...need more of Dan and Steve!!
I was curious...with the recipe...could you use something other than crab...I have a friend who is allergic to seafood...maybe like sausage or bacon? Love you guys....you rock!!!

I made this recipe recently and it was a big hit with everyone. I had a little left over cheese/crab mixture so I used it to make fried wontons and WOW, they were delicious, too! Keep the great recipes and tips coming, guys. You're a VERY welcome addition to some really bad programing on FN! (G-bye Sandra Lee!

This wasn't bad, but I used some extra-hot pepperoncini and as a result it was spicier than I think was intended, even with the seeds removed. Plus the extremely hot pepperoncini flavod didn't really go well with the Cajun seasoning. I'll try these again when I find a more reliable source for pepperoncini. I liked the idea but didn't much care for the results with the specific ingredients I was using. Oh, and before I forget, any poser who uses my name to say negative things about the hosts' lifestyle is sadly confused and doesn't know who or what I am. My name is Gypsy and I approved this message.

I watched the whole FN competition. You guys hands-down deserved to win. Reinstate your funny rapport! It was good!
Regarding the recipes, maybe not cutting edge, but most laymen who watch this channel could use these additions to the entertainment pages of their cookbook. You have also been giving good procedural directions, and making things look easy to prepare.
BRING BACK THE DAN & STEVE SHOW!
As far as the negative comments you have been receiving, I dare any one of you critic out there to get up and do a better job than these gentlemen. This is a COOKING show. Drop your other agendas!

I did like the recipe though if you are in a big hurry 2. buy the cajun crab dip in the seafood section of your grocery
and put in the peppers or roll into spinach leaves or 3.put in mushroom caps with bread crumbs on top and bake those till lightly browned and bubbley at 350 (about 15 min.
