I made these before attending a party so as to try them out. They were okay but I would omit the thyme and add more hot sauce. The thyme was the most powerful taste! P.S. This is a legitimate review and I hope those of you out there with too much time on your hands have made a friend by now so that you will leave the reviews to those of us that wish to read them.

This has quickly become my favorite Food Network show because the recipes work and they taste great!...Although the Cajun Crab Stuffed Pepperoncini is by far my favorite, you were right about the brownie recipe (I'll never need another one and the spinach, bacon, artichoke dip was the best!...Keep up the good work!

I love how that person below thinks this was ripped off of Sara--look at her recipe and you'll see the filling is totally different. Does that mean that every variation on a cookie is a ripoff of whoever invented the first cookie?

These were really yummy and HOT! If you're not a hot foods person lay off on the hot sauce some. The leftover filling makes a great dip.

I had guest that do not eat peppers love this item. The cream cheese cooled off the mild hotness of the peppers.

Followed the recipe, and found the crab/cream mixture to be a bit bland. Pepperoncini helped give it a kick, and I added lump crabmeat to the top secured by a toothpick. I served them on a homemade tortillia chips and they were gobbled up quickly with nothing left but the dish! Thanks for the recipe!
