I never would eat pepperoncini until I made these for a party. They are so delicious and EASY! Easy is good.

This recipe was extremely easy to prepare. The only trouble was, I rubbed my face with the hands I was using to cut the Pepperoncini with and cried and burned for about 15 minutes. I served this to a large group of guests, and all of them remarked on the sweet and hot flavor. Many of them wanted the recipe. I have a feeling that when I need to bring something to a party, this is what I will be bringing for a long, long time.
