So simple to make and full with flavor. We used plenty of raspberries and strawberries on top, because you need balance the chocolate and creme fraiche bite. All in all - great especially for how quick you can make it.

It was a bit too rich and tart for the portion size. My guests were not wowed and they are chocolate lovers.

I made this last night for dessert for the family. It was good, but I was not crazy about the tang from the creme fraiche. It's basically just a giant truffle that you are eating and I would prefer heavy cream to creme fraiche. I love Dan and Steve, though and we really enjoy the show!

This is wayyyy too good. I tried it for Sunday dinner and my guests loved it, it was rich and creamy, the perfect dessert for a Sunday dinner. Thanks guys, love the show. Like to watch Food network early in the day to see what might be interesting, you always have something that I can make,I'm not known for my cooking abilities, but you're making me look good.

This is a wonderful recipe! I used creme brulee cups and I think next time I'll use one size smaller because it is so good and so rich! I used very good quality chips for convenience.
