These were ok... But for me to drag out the food processor, I think they should have been better. You could barely taste the lime and they were a little bland.

I barbecue often and this has to be the best marinade I have ever tasted for chicken! I decreased the oil by 1/4, and used chicken breast tenders. It never burnt and came out moist and very flavorful. I can't wait to have guests over and serve this. Easy to do ahead and marinate in a zip-lock bag until ready.

I used chicken breast strips rather than chicken legs and it was excellent!!

I saw this episode this morning and cooked it tonight for our father's day celebration using boneless chicken breasts instead of legs...it was delicious!

it smelled amazing but it did take longer to grill than I thought. The skin was turning black but the insides were rather uncooked. I put lids over the legs on my grill for an extra few minutes and turned the heat down a bit and that seemed to do it.

Very flavorful marinade and easy to make. Kid friendly too. I'd definitely make it again.

Wow! This recipe was a huge hit at my last barbeque!! You just can't believe the oohhs and aahhs I received. I'd never used coriander before, but it's become a staple seasoning for me now. The toasting really makes a difference. This is a awesome, and easy, recipe! I highly recommend this!

I tried this with chicken breats and legs cooked them on a gas grill and found the breasts more flavorful. My son who is "tired of chicken" loved it.

The chicken tasted fine, but I had the grill on "high" like the instructions said and the outside burned slightly before the inside got done. Then I turned the fire down and finished cooking them off, but they took longer than 3-5 minutes per side.

Great taste, easy to make. Will try with Chicken Thighs next. Great make ahead recipe.
