    This is the best Pumpkin Seed Brittle by far..! Not for small tots.. Spicy, sweet, salty(used sea salt when roasting... It's quite simple to make...

    I made this recipe last year & everyone loved it. I've already been asked to make it this year but even spicier / hotter. Everyone thinks it needs more kick. I'm going too try it so we'll see how it turns out.

    I did not like the seed, but I loved the crackle part. Would make again, but use different nuts, however, my friends husband loved it!!!
    Very easy to make.

    I saw this on their show and had to make it. Easy to make the boiling sugar does all the work. The spicy and sweet combo is perfect.
