Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 3 pounds flank steak

Directions

Preheat a grill pan over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes

Combine the mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne and allspice in a small bowl. Rub the flank steak all over with the mix and let sit for 10 minutes.

Put the steak on the hot grill and cook 5 minutes per side. Remove and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

    I'm not a big fan of flank steak, but I saw a nice looking one on sale and decided to give this recipe a try because of the quick prep time. The flavor was fantastic and my guests devoured it! I had to leave it on the grill a few minutes longer for the kids (it was too rare for their preference. I will be making this again!

    Very tasty , but definately cut back on the salt...I like salt but this is too salty

    This is fabulous! The easiest thing to make when entertaining or for just my husband and I. EVERYONE loves it!!! Don't forget to make the chimichurri as well. you can look it up from the episode that this recipe aired on.
