We eat a lot of chicken, watching cholesterol. This is the absolute best recipe I've done. We've had it a half dozen times, for ourselves and company. Delicious!

Made this for dinner with the inlaws tonight. I used some plump chicken breasts instead of the french cut which I thought worked out great. Cut the cooking time a little in the oven. This is not a strong orange sauce (like a chinese orange chicken but silky buttery sauce which hints at the orange and tarragon. Paired up with fingerling potatoes (also good and some baby carrots for some color. Everyone raved. It also took less then an hour for everything.

In my opinion this dish was light on flavor. I tried adding some orange zest to add more flavor, but it didn't help. Sauce was a little thin too, although I reduced it for quite a while. I'm disappointed because I've tried alot of recipes from Dan and Steve and the recipes have always been great. But...I guess you can't win 100% of the time...I'm happy with my 99% from these guys. Love the show, and will keep watching and keep trying their recipes. Thanks Dan & Steve!

Love this recipe especially since it's easy to make yet elegant, also. I also enjoy watching how Dan & Steve have grown since winning The Next Food Network Star. Keep it up.

I tried this and was so glad I did. It was so easy and even my 6 year old daughter liked it.

Cut of chicken hard to find. Would add more orange juice or orange zest for a bit more pizazz.

This was fast and easy. I had all the ingrediants already so i just whipped it up for luch for my husband and his cousin after a morning of video games, they thought they had walked into a another world. Cousin said it was the best tasteing most elegant thing he'd ever had. If he only knew how easy it was. I loved it too and i'm much pickier and more experianced.

this is what you want if you want easy but impressive
