The 7 eggs, 1 cup cream is for each tart. They mixed up 14 eggs and 2 cups of cream and divided among two tarts that were filled with the different variations and baked at the same time. Don't pay attention to the rating as I haven't made any of these recipes yet.

The tarts looked delicious. Howvever, I missed part of the show . Do the 7 eggs make 2 tarts including the variation, or is this 7 eggs per recipe? Hope someone can answer as I wish to prepare both. Really enjoy your show, learn something new each time. Congratulations and good luck!!
