These were great! The only tweaking I did was to add about 2 teaspoons of prepared horseradish to the whipped cream. It added just the right "punch".
    Thanks for a great recipe.

I made this appetizer for a small get together that we had at our house, it went over famously. Everyone enjoyed it and asked where I got the recipie. I would surely make it again!

Thank you Dan and Steve. This was a huge hit. I also used chives on top instead of sage just because I love chives as a garnish. My pet peeve with Food Network shows is when a host has a guest cook with them especially when they cook with kids...it just annoys me. But this show is perfect with two hosts...Dan and Steve are so fluid together they are a pleasure to watch. Best of luck on the show. Food Network...break out your wallet and order up a bunch of Dan and Steve shows please.

These are so good, the meat is tender enough that you can take a bite and not have to put a whole one in your mouth at once. I had a couple of comments from some guys about hairy leaves so I am topping mine with a cross of chive leaves. The sage taste is still there in the crean topping. You can't please some people!

This is an incredible receipe and you have to make it. When you do just take one bite and get ready for some serious goosebumps to appear it is THAT good. Great job guys! Keep up the great work!

I think this sounds wonderful and easy to make. I have a dinner party next weekend and will be serving this.
