    I cook all the time but this was the first time I ever made meatballs and they were incredible. Everyone loved them. I used homemade cranberry sauce instead of lingonberries, and also substituted with dried tarragon. To add to it, I made a sauce mixture of cranberry sauce, sour cream and a hint of chicken broth, simmered over low heat and then topped the meatballs with it. mmmm.

    These were just OK. Nothing special. I couldn't find fresh tarragon so I used dried. Maybe the fresh tarragon would've made a big difference.
