Very easy, especially being able to put it together a day early - they are AWESOME the 2nd day.

    Love their recipes!

The beans and mushrooms were great, but my fried leeks didn't turn out so great.

I made these for Thanksgiving and then made them two days later and now my daughter wants them again. I don't do the leeks that well and am still working on that. Think I sliced them too thin and some get too brown. But the flavor is fabulous and worth working on. I also cook the beans a bit longer--we prefer a bit more tender. Love Dan and Steve!

We loved this! The homemade "xream of mushroom soup" was amamzing! And the fried leaks were great...but watch then making them - they can burn in a second! : - Thanks for the recipe guys - we plan on using this often!

I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it! Liquid will release from the mushrooms, then cook down before adding the flour. I blanched the green beans for 2-3 minutes before sauteing them and they were tender-crisp.

I cut recipe in half, only two for dinner, followed instructions, couldn't fiqure out where liquid in first paragraph was coming from, if it was the butter than not nearly enough.I gave four stars because the flavor was GREAT. Sauteing the green beans over High heat for 7 minutes would have burnt them. Maybe the recipe needs to be tweaked.
