Everyone loved the corn. I had trouble mixing the lime juice into the butter...it just didn't want to mix. But, even with that difficulty...it turned out great.

Perfect for an outdoor barbecue. I took the remaining butter and rolled it into a tootsie roll shape with some waxed paper and put it in the fridge. When its time to serve, you can just cut the end off and rub the extra butter on.

The corn turned out incredible. Our guests loved it.
But I also think that the corn plays an important part...happy picking.

Was not sure how the corn would taste roasted with cilantro, but it was great!!! Just enough of a hint of lime to make it interesting, and my "picky eater" boyfriend is hooked! Good job! Thank you!

This isn't my favorite. Prefer Paula's with the mayo. On the TV show they never cleaned the corn correctly which was a real turn off. Hope in the future it improves.

Was a huge hit at a BBQ party. The best corn I've ever tasted!

I wanted to try an new way for my corn on the cob and I picked from the list a recipe that contained what I had at home. It happened to be the Cilantro Lime Corn on the Cob. It is EASY and tastes GREAT!!! I will be making corn this way every time now!!

I made only 1/8 stick butter per cob. It was plenty. I really liked this dish and will make it again.

The flavors were definitely interesting-different but good. The corn was cooked perfectly. My only complaint with the recipe was the amount of butter. It calls for 2 sticks (which for the butter I buy equals a whole cup of butter, half cup per stick and it was way too much butter. Maybe they should put 1/2 cup butter?

Great corn on the cob recipe! I decided not to use as much salt as advised by the guys. However, I ended up needing to add it at the end. I have oversalted a few recipes in my lifetime & was very cautious with the salt. Well, the guys were right when they said that you need that salt, butter combo. Corn on the cob is always good, but this makes it better. Can't wait to try the flank steak with sauces.
