    I've made this many times and it's always a hit. It's even good when peppers were replace by sundried tomatoes.

    Entirely too salty. I made it for Christmas breakfast & had to throw it out. I questioned the amount of sodium in the recipe & should have gone with my gut instinct.

    This was not good at all. You couldn't even taste all of the fresh herbs. It was super salty as well. Will not make again, for sure.

    I just made this for a brunch and it was a complete hit! I halved the amount and still turned out perfect. I would have reduced the amount of salt (I think maybe I used more goat cheese than what they recommended but everyone else thought it was perfect as is.

    This was the "Show Stopping" centerpiece of our Christas Day Brunch. This frittata was delicious, visually stunning and impossibly easy to prepare. This was gobbled up so fast, I wish I had made three more.
