I normally love just about everything these guys make, but this just did not do it for me or my familly, it was just too strong a flavor. If I did this again, I would not soak the chicken as long, it was not a pleasant meal. Sorry.

I think that if you cut the saltiness of it back and made it crispier then it would be ok. I tried this with my family and they all said that it was bad.

Okay let me start by saying I am the worst cook in the world! Not to mention I'm 15 and I would rather do just about anything else besides cook! But I found this recipe to be really really simple and quick! I made this for my boyfriend and his parents and his my mom was so impressed that I could make something that delicious that quick! I recommend it to anyone who enjoys Asian cuisine!

I was very impressed with how easy and delicious this turned out to be! Because i was cooking for one, i did my best to add the proper ratios, but test tasted and added until it was just right -- also, i did leave the chicken in the sauce for 15 minutes before baking it. I will defininitly be making this again!

I tried this and the taste of the peanut butter and sesame were too strong. I know what satay is suppsoed to taste like and this wasnt it.

thought the recipe was fantastic. made some minor adjustments, a little less soy, a bit more sugar. i even used the leftover sauce to make noodles and peanut sauce with vegetables. love this recipe and love this show.

the sauce was a little bitter for my liking. cutting back on the rice wine vinegar is recommened. other than that, it was a good recipe and i will use it again and adjust the vinegar content.

I put it on the grill for an outdoor party instead of baking inside. It turned out nicely and the even the little bit of overcooked sauce, when I left it unattended too long, was wonderful. No leftovers at the party which included picky teenagers. It probably was a bit dryer than in the oven, but I would absolutely do it again.

I made this recipe for New Years Eve. I have some tough picky critics, but these satays were a hit! I followed the recipe exactly, but the store didn't have chicken tenders so I cut up chicken breasts. I thought the taste was perfect even without the sauce. I did heat the sauce up a bit and I think it was even better. Using parchment paper is such a time savor. For the reader regarding the scallions and cilantro. The scallions were used as a garnish along with black sesame seeds for the satays and the cilanto is garnish on top of the sauce. I will be making this again with no changes!
