Such an easy, yummy recipe and the ingredients are ones that you're likely to find in your cabinet without going out to get them! I will definitely make this dressing again. Like many other reviewers, I may cut the oil down a bit, but other than that....Perfect!

Got lots of compliments and requests for the recipe when I served it to friends. Do wonder though about the 2 bags of Mesclun greens. Never like it when a recipe lists a general ingredient like this. What size are the bags? How many oz.? i just had to guess. Amounts can make a big different in the final outcome.

I needed just a basic balsamic vinaigrette recipe, and this one did the trick! Very simple, easy, and delicious. I didn't have any fresh basil on hand, but dried basil seemed to work just fine. I didn't make the actual salad, as I just needed the vinaigrette for another recipe.

I love making this dressing it is always delicious. I cut the olive oil in half and keep the rest the same, and it tastes great!

Nothing overwhelmingly fantastic. But it is a standard.

Way too oily, I prefer a 1 to 1 ratio of oil to vinegar.

This salad is a great compliment to the Spaghetti Pie tart and sweet. A can't go wrong dressing.

This is a wonderful recipe. I have been very impressed by these guys and their impressive yet easy recipes.
Personal note to Chiffonade: You need to get a life and seriously need some professional counseling. The level of hate you exhibit is dangerous for you and others as well. This is not a forum for personal prejudice.
You actually raved about their recipe for Spinach, Artichoke and Bacon Dip with Crispy Pitas. And you also said that your brother and his partner would enjoy it, so, if that is the case, you have apparently accepted that sort of lifestyle. In another review about their recipe for the spaghetti pie, you ended the review with "enough said." I agree. YOU have definitely said enough!
