It was easy and tasty - addictive. I didn't have thyme so I used dried rosemary and it was awesome.

This recipe is really good, and has everyone asking what the seasonings are at parties. I use cashews, brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, and almonds to make this. If you make this recipe as stated, you can't go wrong. I have added the Kosher salt with the other spices, but it's better to do as the recipe states, and add it after you have mixed the buttered seasonings to the nuts. I also have been using salted butter--you may need more salt if you don't. Also, stir these about every 4-5 minutes to ensure even browning.

I like roasted nuts, and I like thyme on poultry and in dressings, but thyme and nuts just dont mix. This is the worst roasted nut receipe I've ever tasted. Having to toss out the whole thing.

Easy & simple to make. folks always want more & ask for the recipe. Great to bring to anyone's house, or have at your own place.
