I liked the dip but was a bit disappointed. Liked the brightness the lemon juice added, but felt it was a bit flat. I only added half the amt of bacon recommended and while I am a bacon lover, I felt this might have overpowered the dip.
The pita crips- were a huge hit with kids and adults. I even added more dry spices ( paprika and red pepper flakes. They were crispy and addicting and I definately will make them again.
Love the guys, love the show, love the recipes. Thanks Dan and Steve!

Easy to make and tastes as good as it looks. I added a 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to add a little heat.

To ring out the water from defrosted spinach I used a potato ricer. It looks like a huge garlic press. My sister got hers for a buck from the dollar store. It works great, its cheap, easy to clean up and you dont need to dirty a kitchen towel.

I ommitted the bacon because my other half does not eat meat. THe dip was definetly easy to make. It was pretty good, if a little bland. I bet it would have been better with bacon. Mmmmmmm, baconnnnnn.

Adding this to my Christmas buffet in place of my old Spinach Artichoke dip. This has more depth of flavor. Thanks, guys!

This dip is not only DELICIOUS but the lemon zest gives it a surprising kick. My guests "licked the platter clean". Good work, Dan and Steve....love your show !
