The flavors of this pea recipe are very subtle, but very good. Next time I try this combination of flavors, I will cook the peas in chicken broth, retain the liquid and make a terrigon pea soup out of it. Think this will be out of this world!
Don't see these guys on FN much, too bad... All the recipes of theirs that I have tried have been really good.
