Living at 4500', I'm particularly happy with chocolate baked goods that do not require any kind of high altitude tweaking. This dessert came out perfect the first time, is beautiful to serve, and delicious. Thank you, Dan and Steve.

way easy to make, the toss away pan is the secret for sure, must cut into the bite sized pieces because they are so rich!

These brownies are really easy to make. I didn't have a foil pan, so I just lined my 9" cake pan with aluminum foil and that worked just fine.

The ganache topping is really, really rich, but they were yummy!

This recipe was so easy to prepare and the taste was exceptional. This will definitely be one of my "go to" recipes.

Wow, what a delicious, sweet treat! I cut the 9" circle into 16ths, placed on a flattened, white, cupcake liner, and then drizzled with a bit of melted white chocolate and a tiny dusting of cocoa powder. Professional quality and taste! High altitude adjustment not necessary at all at 4000 ft. Thank you so much, guys, for this one. It will be in my buffet treats folder forever!

I made these brownies for a progressive dinner party that we had. My job was to make dessert. These were the hit of the whole dinner. Everyone thought I bought them from a fancy bakery. They were very elegant, and were really a hit... thanks for sharing this reciope....

This was so easy and so delicious - a wonderful fudge-y brownie with just a hint of cake texture. I served twelve adults with this, in combo with vanilla ice cream - these are so rich that a little goes a long way. I highly recommend this recipe - follow it exactly and use the very best unsweetened chocolate you can get.

Very easy to prepare. This is probably this sixth time I've printed this recipe because everyone wants it. So delicious, especially when chilled, and easy to vary with nuts, chocolate chips, etc. Absolutely my very favorite go-to cake/brownie recipe ever.

I made these for a family reunion and they were a HUGE hit!! I whipped the egg mixture extra long until they were really pale and fluffy. That helped them to have a much better texture in the finished product. I will absolutely make these again!!
