Thank you for the finest recipe. We are stingy distributing it as we do not want to loose any of the delectable fudgeeeeee pieces. Everybody raves about them.

After various inhaled batches we came down to: no ganache, the finest chocolate we can get (76%+, a bit less sugar, european unsweetened butter.

These brownies were sickeningly delicious! I couldn't stop eating them it was terrible...and not in a bad way!

The second time I made these I doubled the brownie recipe and skipped the topping all together. I baked the brownies for twice the recommended time. They were still a nice fudgy texture but more like a regular brownie...except for better! Something about the preparation for this recipe that made them an exceptional texture.

This has become a household tradition. Every Christmas "Santa" makes me have these out. They're so rich and wonderful! Thanks for the recipe!

These are by far the best brownies I have ever tasted. They are dense and intensely chocolatey and truly are reminiscent of the finest truffles. And so incredibly easy to make! This might be the perfect dessert.

Very rich, but very delicious. I actually liked these better when they were cold; but either way, they were good.

This recipe is absolutely Heavenly! Or Hellaciously Good! But it's not for the faint of taste! Extreme Chocolate Lovers Only! Try it! Nothing Like a Brownie, just an easier way to make Truffles!
