Sublime! This is so delicious, I could have it every single week of the summer. It's perfectly refreshing and so flavorful. It's light and fresh and speaks of summertime.

Served between courses at a barbecue, and it was a big hit. Begins with a sweet highlight and finishes with a pepper tingle on the tongue.

I know it might sound funky, but I have been making a Watermelon version of Gazpacho for about a year now...we all love it, it is so refreshing...so I HAD to try these...great! Just add some citrus, lime or grapefruit vodka to the mix right before serving for a lil' bit of a "grown up" drink!!! MmmMmmMmm!
