Love this recipe!! I and my family like salmon firm and well done-so I also increased the cooking time to 400 degrees and 25-30min. Also, I did squeeze a little of the citus juices over the salmon before-delicious and beautiful!!

We loved this recipe, however, the cooking time is way off. I did 400 degrees for 20 minutes and it came out perfectly. (We like our fish cooked all the way thru. Plus, 400 degrees is the standard to kill bacteria. Don't want e-coli!

Variations from recipe: I cooked with the skin on; didn't have a fillet knife. I also squeezed some citrus on top of the salmon. Also changed the cooking time/temp. Other than that, followed recipe as is.

My wine of choice was Yellow Tail: Sauvignon Blanc. Since the recipe only called for a bit of wine, this gave me extra to drink! This is one of my favorite drinking wines. Plus, it was really good in the recipe!

Definitely takes twice as long as it says. I bumped up the cook time to 20 mins. It was perfect. I also covered the baking dish with foil. A great hit!

Easy recipe, nice flavor and very pretty on a plate for a party. Can prepare ahead and just pop in the oven. Like other reviewers, I baked 20 min and it was perfect. Used rice wine, a trick which my sister in law taught me for cooking seafood. Served on a platter of fresh baby spinach. It was a big hit.

Made this last night... It was a hit, had a dinner party with 13 people. Had (2 3.5 lb fillets. I layered oranges and lemon slices all over a foil covered baking tray than placed the large fillet on top, seasoned with sea salt/pepper then spread on the tomato mixture obviously more than doubled... Chose to leave out the wine. Placed in oven for about 25 min and it was amazing!!!
Served it with a Spinach mandarin salad, Lemon Basil chicken legs, wild rice, green beans w/ bacon and almonds, than a wonderful lemon dessert... Delicious!

great recipe. i did this for new years. i chopped the tomatoes with parsley (i was accidentally out of dill and cut the salmon into small pieces that were on top of the fruit. it was a big hit! i also enjoyed eating the fruit with the salmon. i also had to cook this about 15 min longer.

Made this for dinner tonight and my husband loved it and he doesn't usually like salmon. The only thing that I changed was I added a little garlic and had to bake it longer because we had thicker filets. But all around a super each and delicious dish. will definitely be on our go to list.

Made this for dinner last night. Company loved it. Even my eight year old son raved. Will be making this again soon. Only suggestion, chop the tomatoes.

Out of a 1 -10 my family gave it a 5. My moms salmon recipe with leeks blows this fishy right out of the water.
