This was way too tangy for me and bland at the same time. I did add more salt and pepper but it didn't seem to make a difference. The dressing wasn't as thick as it should have been either. I used whole wheat bow tie pasta instead of orzo but I don't think that should have made a difference.

This was GREAT! We all loved it. I don't think I used orzo. I used a box of pinhead size round pasta called Acini de pepe by De Decco , no other name on the boz. It is definately a keeper. Hope you'll give it a try.

I made this for a potluck lunch today. Dressing is pretty tart, so I only dressed the orzo with a small amount and served the rest on the side. No leftovers!
