    I started the recipe today, but I have the same question that Susan had Do you set the vodka in a cool place for 2-3 weeks or 1 week? The directions are contradictory.

    First it says to place the lemon/vodka for 2 to 3 weeks in a cool, dry place. But then the 2nd paragraph states after 1 week add simple syrup... So is it 1 week or 2 to 3 weeks?
