I can't beileve that I made this! So easy! These came out perfect - I made all 6 ramekins for just me and my husband, we ended up eating 2 each, and saving the other 2 for tomorrow. I totally skipped the cherry part...just chocolate...so yummy!

These baby cakes were to die for! I made them for a romantic dinner and they were perfect. I used Grand Marnier because I did not have any brandy on hand. I also cut the receipe and just made 2 servings. Perfectly sinful!!

These were awesome! This is my brother's new favorite dessert. I used Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips instead of the bittersweet and the chocolate flavor was really mild so I'll definitely use bittersweet next time. My 4 year old niece really enjoyed helping out as well.
    Bravo!

Having made a million different varieties of the Chocolate Moulin, I hopped on here to see what everyone else had come up with... This is a basic restaurant staple, and it's so easy! Danny, you're giving away all our secrets! I took the cherry idea, and use fresh black cherries instead and infused them with Grand Marnier rather than using the brandy and OJ with dried cherries... came out fantastic! I served them with home made Black Cherry Gelato and some vanilla sauce I made, which is basically vanilla bean, sugar and cream... it was great!

We have made them 3 times already. The kids prefer them with no cherries and homemade carmel sause over the top. There are 7 chocolate lovers in my house so once they are out of the oven they are gone. Thank You Danny.

These came out perfect molten in the middle and were delicious. Serve with ice cream or gelato. I probably wouldn't waste the time with the cherries - it was really needed. Will definitely make again.

My husband and I had a small get-to-gether with a few friends and I knew this would be the perfect desert, it was so easy and everyone now thinks I am a wonderful baker. I didn't tell them how simple(and quick these really were, I topped them with a hint of powdered sugar and a real cherry for presentation, it a wonderful taste of elegance.
    Thank you Rescue Chef!!!

I love this recipe! Although my cakes did not invert in one piece, I served them in the ramikens to my family with powdered sugar on top. I will use parchment paper on the bottom next time--that might help the cakes not to stick. I only used 1/2 of the cherries in the recipe because I didn't want an overwhelming sour bite, but that was a bad move! Next time I will use all of them. The cherries definitely made the cake!! I'll definitely be making this again!!!!

This recipe was very easy (I skipped the dried cherries and used fresh raspberries in the middle instead; so two less ingredients. I used my stand mixer to whip the eggs and sugar and everything was ready in minutes. Delicious!!! I served with whip cream on top. My husband loved them....

Divine. I used amaretto as I didn't have any brandy and it was great. Also, didn't need all of 6 tsp cocoa powder. I made half one day then refrigerated the rest and cooked off the next day without a problem (just let come to room temp for about 20 min. Will definitely make again.
