    A quick, easy and excellent blend of onions with veggies. Highly recomend with any meat or pasta entree.

    I too made this recipe for our Valentine's Day dinner, as well as the potato gratin and filet mignon from the show. It was fabulous! Never had asparagus taste like that and we both loved it prepared this way. Thank you Danny Boome!

    Have never pan fried asparagus before and we were so pleased with the result. Very flavorful and it was hard to stop eating. Another simple but tasty recipe. The entire meal was a delight and made our Valentine's Day a real treat. I'm so glad I saw the episode and that the real thing was as good as it looked!

    I fixed this asparagus tonight...no recipe...just eyeballed it, after watching the segment. I'll definitely fix this again. Husband & I ate almost the whole pan.

    Really good, super easy, great side dish! I really keeps the crunch in the asparagus, if that's what you're looking for (like me. Two thumbs up.

    This is so quick and delicious. Nice change from steamed or grilled asparagus. The asparagus stay crisp but still cooked. I think the diagonal cut is key. You can fix this at the last minute while your meat rests if you have the ingredients ready. Unlike some recipes, you can actually prepare this in the time given. Thinking of trying it with other vegetables.
