I made this for my boyfriend tonight. When we especially like a dish we say it's "restaurant quality" which means it's a winner for us! It's easy to make too. Add this recipe to your collection of those you do for dinner parties for friends and family.

Fantastic. Even pleased my mother who is fussy about anything unless she prepares it herself! We tried it over wilted spinach with garlic and crimini mushrooms and it was great. The sauce really flavored the veggie part well as it bled over. Absolutely wonderful.

I loved this recipe. Seabass to me is fabulous no matter how you cook it. This adds something extra. I am trying it tonight on Talapia!

Outrageously good! If you want to impress guests to an easy, yet elegant meal this is the way to go. My husband loves the saffron cream sauce on salmon as well as sea bass. Fantastic with a nice chilled glass of sauvignon blanc.

This was an absolute great find. The only change I made was the fish. My store didn't have sea bass so I used Swordfish. Both my husband and I loved the taste and it is a keeper. I might even try it with sea bass if I find some. Thanks!

Creamy, buttery absolutely fabulous dish. Suggest using an extra tablespoon of Olive. Tried this recipe with Sea Bass and Scup (porky, both came out very very good.

I made this with both sea bass and large sea scallops. The flavor is amazing and tastes so rich for something that is so simple. The secret is all in the reduction!
