I followed the recipe exactly and we felt like we destroyed our favorite fish. The flavors did not work well together, and we were quite disappointed. I usually have a lot of success when I follow the recipes with 5 stars, but we did not agree with the others on this one. 2 thumbs down.

This recipe was very tasty and quick. I made scallops and shrimp instead of sea bass, and I added two garlic cloves (minced and put it over angel hair pasta.

This recipe is easy, but extremely delicious. I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good piece of fish. I did cook this with Chilean Sea Bass, however, it was really expensive. At Whole Foods it cost $25 for two pieces. This recipe would be great with salmon, or even cod. The sauce is delicious, don't worry about spending the extra money on the sea bass.
