Ingredients
- 1 egg white*
- 3 level bar spoons of sugar
- 2 ounces pisco brandy
- 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
- Dash bitters
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Directions
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice shake the egg white, sugar, brandy, lime juice, and bitters. Strain into a rocks glass with no ice and garnish with a wedge of lime.
