After making this twice, I would add a little brandy or orange liquor to the jam to thin it a bit and to give it that extra flavor. I love the sage flavor, appearance and ease.

This chicken was delicious! I made this tasty dish for my whole family and they all enjoyed it, even my picky sister who doesn't even like chicken! This was a great dish and I can't wait to try this again!

This is absolutely delicious! The tanginess of the preserves, sweet prunes, fresh sage, and savory chicken. It is obscenely delicious.

A good tip, though: on the show, Dave cooked this stuff on a shallow baking sheet, and when I cooked it, the preserves ruined my pan. Every time I have cooked it afterwards, I have lined the pan with foil, and it has worked perfectly.

I made this dish for my husband and he LOVED it. Now that I tested it on him, I'll be making it tonight for guests. GREAT DISH! Thanks!

I substituted two (4packs of chicken thighs and mini pre-pitted prunes to cut down on prep time. But I highly recommend for a delicious, low prep time weeknight meal!

This is a nice, light dish. The payoff is that this simple chicken dish has a very subtle but very different flavor to it.
