Super easy for a crowd. Really tasty and looks great on the table. Lined baking sheets with parchment paper and clean up was easy.

It was quick easy and tased gorgeous. Everyone was amazed it was not a store purchased chicken. With the sweet apricot glaze it tasted like we were having dessert before dinner! It was perfect as a main course at the English summer home.

I've made this recipe numerous times and it comes out perfect and a real crowd pleaser. The ingredients are simply yet it looks elegant when you serve it, and all the flavors blend real well together. Served with rice or potato makes a nice dinner.

Dave says that the sage leaves make this dish; and, is he ever right!!! What a unique flavor. I was in a real rush, forgot the olive oil and it still turned out fine. There's virtually no prep time and the result has your guests thinking that you are a real chef. As another reviewer suggested, line your pans with foil. I'll definitely make this again.

What an easy dish to make, and not too many ingredients either! I made this for Sunday dinner and it was an absolute hit with the whole family. I added extra garlic and extra plums. For those who think clean up was difficult, try using disposable aluminum roasting pans.....

I LOVED this recipe & so did my 5 dinner guests - I made 3 chickens just in case & there was none less... I spent the rest of the evening copying the recipe for my guests! You Go Dave!!!!

I made all for recipes tonight from this episode, and they were all "doable", but I have to say it ran about $90 at the market. I was buying for 5 people. As for this recipe, it was pretty tasty, but made for a nasty clean-up pan, as done per his TV show. The sage was beautiful to look at, but really did not infuse its flavor into the chicken, and for an additional $4, that was dissapointing to me. The prunes (or dried plums were a great complement to the already sweet apricot flavoured sauce, and looked pretty too with the golden chicken. Tasted great and the cooking time/temp was perfect. Moist & delicious. The only thing I would change is adding a pan liner/foil.
