Absolutely the best experience cooking for guests ive ever had. I got the recipe from the internet hoping it would turn out o.k. It turned out fabulous! I have never had chicken that good even in a restaraunt! I would definately do it again anytime I had friends over.

This is very easy to make and the end result is so elegant and pretty! The smell is amazing too. It lacks just a little taste for me so maybe I'll marinade it for longer before I bake it. But the leftover taste really good. = Thanks Dave! I love your show!

excellent chicken recipe. Sweet, moist and a little tangy. The aroma of the sage immediately fills the house once you put it in the oven..we loved it.

the recipe is pretty good, however I found that there was waayyyyyyy to much sage ( my brother said it tasted like a pine tree. the cooking time was also a little off, my chicken overall took about 1 and half for it to get nice and crispy on the outside. I decided to give this recipe another try, but this time I decided to omit the sage and use tarragon instead. I also only used half of the the arpicot preserves and I then replaced the remaining half with a sweet chinese chilli sauce and this time it was a winner!

I think this dish was very good. The only changes I made was that I cooked the chicken at 350 instead of 400 and because of the temperature change I cooked this for about an hour and 15 mins. I think next time I will cover this dish with foil and uncover the last half hour to brown nicely. This dish makes a great presentation!!!

I am not a big fan of apricots, but I thought that myh family would enjoy it. It turned out to be a very moist chicken and even my two year old enjoyed it. Thanks, Dave

I made this for my husband and he could not stop raving and I was chuckling at how scrumptious it was.

Has anyone tried this recipe with Turkey pieces? Does anyone think it would work? I don't really care all that much for chicken. Thanks
