Every time I make these ribs I get rave reviews. They are tangy, succulent and incredibly tender. Would recommend this recipe to anyone!

First a caveat to the purists: I just followed the technique, not really the recipe, because I didn't make the sauce. I put a dry rub on the ribs and baked them for about 1 1/2 hours. Then my husband grilled them with our favorite store-bought sauce. He thought they would be overcooked because he usually just grills them without precooking them and they don't get slow-cooked long enough. But these ribs are as good or better than most restaurant ribs. Next time I make them, I might bake them up to 2 hours. Make sure you cover them tightly with foil so they stay nice and moist.

I MADE THESE FOR SOME FRIENDS, AND EVEN MY HUSBAND CLEANED HIS RIB BONES, AND HE IS NOT A BIG RIB EATER. I BAKED FOR 2 HOURS ON 325, AND THEN LET SIT IN THE OVEN UNTIL WE GOT READY TO GRILL THEM. 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE, AND MEAT WAS FALLING OFF THE BONE. SAUCE WAS SO TASTY AND ALL THROUGH THE MEAT. I USED A P O R T E R BEER INSTEAD OF BOURBON.

Start with ribs at room temp, definitely bake for 2 hours, and then let cool and put in the fridge overnight. After you grill the next day, you'll be able to cut the ribs apart with a butter knife the next day. Incredible.

This receipe was great. Sauce was easy to make. In the oven for an hour gives you time to do other things. My family gave it a thumbs up to make again. NOT A RIB WAS LEFT.

One year ago this summer, I made these baby back ribs after watching Dave's show. They were absolutely the best ribs we have ever had. So good, in fact, that this year, I have to make them for 16 people!. You rock, Dave!.

I needed an easy & quick way to prepare ribs on the grill after a day at the beach. After an hour in the oven, the ribs were almost ready to fall off the bone. But they made it to the grill and were succulent!

These were the best ribs EVER. Easy to fix, baked them for 2 hours rather than 1 hour. Can't wait to make them again.
