    Flawless! Very simple to prepare and even easier to devour. Made this as a side for Mother's day gathering. Everyone loved them. Will be making again soon.

    I will never eat baked beans from a can again - these are fantastic and so easy!! I made them in the crock pot (after crisping the bacon - SO GOOD!!

    These beans had great flavor but I didn't really like the consistency. I couldn't find tomato puree at my grocery store (does that mean tomato sauce or tomato paste???? I used tomato paste and maybe it was the wrong thing to use. If you don't like spicy don't add the cayenne. The recipe calls for a very small amount but it really gives it a kick.

    Great flavor- the cayenne pepper adds a nice subtle kick. The sauce would make a great BBQ sauce also.

    These were great! They were a little spicy and they tasted better than any other beans that I have had. I will definitely keep this one!

    My sister makes these beans at every BBQ and there is never enough no matter how much she makes. They rock!!!

    this recipe is not only easy but very very good. the only thing i did different was to add a little pure dark amber maple syrup. this was my first attempt at beans and everyone loved them
