    I loved, loved this pasta dish! Easy to prepare but hard to wait for it to cool off to start eating! I think the next time I make it, I'll double the recipe for the bechamel because I think this is really what took it over the top! Yummy, yummy and really yummy!

    This was an easy recipe to follow. I am extremely challenged in the area of cooking and I was amazed at how easy it was to prepare. My only problem was that I didn't know what size baking pan to use. I figured it out and the meal was excellent. :-

    I made this recipe after watching Good Deal. What caught my eye was when Dave said this is a good recipe to make a second dish to freeze. So I made one for dinner and froze the second for a later. To say the least, the bolognese was wonderful, with a mellow melting of all the flavors. This recipe goes to the top of the list for an easy, delicious and great winter meal.

    Great recipe! It is absolutely fit for company. Everyone in my family went back for seconds. The most awesome part is the rich flavor that comes from the bechamel sauce! Dave, you rock! We'll be trying more of yours!
