I am reading soggy, and worst pizza dough, what are you guys talking about ? This is a great pizza dough, and you can make it half whole wheat pastry flour w regular flour. Substitue honey for the sugar, cook on pizza stone @ 500 degrees for 15 minutes.

I made my Margherita Pizza with this crust and It became a little Soggy.
I will dust it with some Cornmeal next time to give it a nice Crunch! =
It was a nice dough though.

Well I was dissappointed when the pizza turned into a thin crust AFTER it ROSE in the bowl for the last few hours. Maybe I rolled it too much? IDK, but I thought the dough lacked flavor as well. IMO.

The pizza came out perfect! In addition to the recipe, I sprinkled corn meal on the pizza tray. I also used vegetable oil since I do not have olive oil. My husband and son loved it!

Perfect results. Chewy, crispy, and delicious. I added a bit of garlic powder and pepper for extra flavor.

This pizza dough was very easy to make and it came out perfectly on my first try. It made a great thin crust pizza that baked evenly and had excellent light airy texture. The reason why I gave this recipe only 4 stars is because the dough didn't have much flavor at all. It definitely wasn't worse than a store-bought pizza dough, but it wasn't that much better. I would definitely make it again, but before then I might try a different recipe to compare.

I like to experiment with different pizza doughs and this one is a winner! Holds up to sauce and toppings without getting soggy! Has a nice chew to it also! May try and double it next time- it's a keeper!
