    I've made these several times with Dave's Roasted chicken and they are wonderful. So easy, fresh herbs are a must! Such a nice change for mashed potatoes.

    Best smashed potatoes ever. I modified the recipe the second time to reduce the fat content (with chicken broth and olive oil in place of the stick of butter and fat free half & half instead of the heavy cream my guests and wife didn't miss a beat!!

    Easy to make, awsome tate, better than boxed mashed potatoes; and I love the taste, color, and texture the chives add to the potatoes. I didn't use basil, instead I used parsley and I think I'll keep it that way!
