Brining is the only wayyy to go. I was a little off on time b/c I had to put other things in the oven to cook, so I overdid it a bit but it was great for the most part.

this was the easiest recipe for how delicous it is. i had everyone beg me for the recipe. it was the first turkey i cooked so i was glad it turned out great. i didn't have a large pot so i used a trash bag to let the turkey soak up the brine. i will totally make it again.

I had never brined a turkey before, but saw this recipe and decided to try it. It was very easy to prepare and the turkey was a big hit with everyone. We have never had such a moist turkey, not only for the first day, but three days later. This is the turkey recipe I will use every year from now on. Thank you for a great recipe.

This recipe produced the best turkey I have ever eaten, let alone cooked! My husband is still raving about it. I placed a 15-pound turkey in the brining liquid in a large beverage cooler and stored it in the cold garage overnight (about 12 hours. I then stuffed the turkey with a traditional bread stuffing and baked it for almost 4 hours. The turkey was so moist and flavorful. Just incredible. I will never make a turkey any other way.

The Bay & Lemon are very distinct & at the same time not overpowering. A nice clean flavour that compliments the meat rather than dominate it.
