Sooo good! I have never made pulled pork before and we were so pleasantly surprised with how good it was. I topped it with Emeril's cole slaw. It was really great. I will certainly make this again.

I agree with the other reviews regarding using a bit less salt. Otherwise, easily the best BBQ pork I've made in my kitchen. Try it!

Made this for the first time last night. Temperature was too cold for me to go outside to smoke pork butt. My family thought this was one of the best sandwiches. I was tempted to use my own sauce but decided to follow recipe. This sauce is a great compliment to the tender juicy pulled pork. This one moves to the front of the book.

I marinated this overnight, made as directed and served at a "Beer and Bacon" pairing I hosted...all I can say is FANTASTIC!!! I served on warm pretzel slider rolls. Everything I have tried by Dave has been 5 stars!

This was really good. I would use less salt next time, but other than that this was the best pulled pork I have ever made. I had a little bigger pork, so I had to cook it a little longer. I would definitely make it again!

This was great. I used a boneless Boston butt and lowered the temp to 275 and cooking time to 2 hours until I got to 170 in temp. The gravy Is the perfect compliment to the Pork and works on mashed potatoes too. I used Guinness stout as the beer and it was perfect. As always:-

I made this pork a couple of months back and I'm making it again tonight for New Years Eve. I used it for sandwiches on ciabatta bread and topped them with creamy coleslaw and freshly made onion straws. It was unreal! My family couldn't stop talking about it!

Very good! I've made it three times in the past 2 months...my husband loves it! After making it the first time, I decided to double the sauce ingredients to make it more BBQ-y. Delicious!

Loved this! So did my friends and husband!
I did not add the brown sugar, and it was too salty I thought but the men dod not think so. Tis is a keeper. Savory, tender, lean, and fall apart juicy. Sauce is tremendous. I serve with a side of cranberries, homemade cole slaw and a baked potato.
