This recipe was almost perfect, but I was surprised by how salty the final product was. I would probably cut down the quantity of salt in the dry rub SIGNIFICANTLY.

Very yummy recipe. I would cut back on the salt next time and maybe add a little bit of heat to it.
The method was killer though. It worked perfectly. Thanks Dave!

This came out great! Tasting the meat as we cut it up, it was so moist and flavorful without any sauce! The sauce is also great. And it will feed a crowd!! About 20 sandwiches! Automatically went into my recipe box. Planning to make again in a couple weeks!

I loved everything about this except that the sauce is very salty. I will try it again, but with far less salt in the rub.

4 out of 5 Stars.
The rub is spicy and the recipe fun, but the sauce is a little too tangy. I think more BBQ flavor for the sauce would help this recipe make it to 5 starts.
