I made this recipe, it was yummy, Be was careful to not overmix, or coat with too much flour, it will get tough and crumbly. I am making it again today to serve with cheddar broccoli soup.

Follow the recipe and also add 1/2 cup or so of cheese. They are awesome in the morning with sausage gravy.. Makes the entire meal that much better.. The flavor is just remarkable.

I tried to follow the recipe exactly and ended up with very dry, crumbly dough. If I make them again, I'll definitely add more moisture in the form of extra beer and/or butter.

I tried this recipe twice. Both times, the biscuits tasted like raw flour and had an unappealing texture.

These were very easy to put together and in the end were great tasting. I will be adding this recipe to my file of things I want to make regularly.

Easy and fun to make. Be careful not to disturb the beer too much when pouring and you'll be fine. Very tasty.

I made these last night with the chicken soup and cantelope salad.... for a party. Despite other bad reviews, I figured I would give them a try.... I made two changes.... First I added two more tbls of brown sugar and I used a Honey Lager (it was what I had and they turned out terrific! I couldnt decide which to keep eating, the chicken soup or the biscuits! I will make these again, and again!

I made these along with the chicken stew, and they were good. They didn't look at all like they do on TV though, and I did it the same way. I suggest making them into small balls instead of big chunks like it suggests. They look kinda gross, but actually taste really, really good...
