This was a great clafouti, nice and chewy. Very simple recipe, and forgiving as well - I made two mistakes (too much flour, too low an oven temp and it still turned out great!

The only thing I might do differently is prepare a separate bowl of all the dry ingredients first and then add the wet to the dry, as adding a bunch of flour to a liquidy mixture is just begging for lumps, and I didn't want to overmix the flour.

This was light and custard-like. I will make it again. For those who complained of rubbery texture, I suggest that you make sure to whisk the eggs and sugar appropriately, as that is the only way that the texture would be amiss. Thank you for the lovely treat!

Made for a cookout with 8 couples and it was the hit of the party! Highly recommend. Very, very easy.

Very easy to make. Took it to work to test the taste on coworkers. No one liked it. Too rubbery and too eggy smelling. A waste of terrific blueberries! will not make again.

This was so easy and delicious--would work with other fruits, too. For those of you with the rubbery-texture problem, I suggest you blend the batter with an electric mixer/beaters. It made it lighter. It's good at room temp and warm with a little cream, milk or half&half poured over it.

this tasted like a soggy pancake. I was so excited when I saw the recipe on TV since it was so easy and looked like a nice summer treat. i think if i ever so it again ( since the couple of ingredients are always in my pantry I would use rasberries and cherries instead, so that it doesnt taste like a blueberry pancake. I might have overcooked it a little since i put it in for 50 minutes, maybe if i didnt it wouldnt have been that kind of consistency. I would make it again though, with different berries... its like an americanized flan!the powdered sugar really helps, gives it a nice touch
