The simplicity of this salad is very cohesive. The lime, cilantro and avocado go together perfectly.

This salad is absolutely wonderful. The dressing is suberb as well. It's great as a starter salad or with grilled chicken on it!

I made this for a get together with friends and it was a big success. The dressing is easy to make, light, healthy and bursting with flavor. I also added pine nuts to the salad.

use romain and spring mix lettuce, it gives it great flavor. in the dressing use digon mustard instead, it gives it a tangy taste

The dressing makes this salad--great, all purpose dressing. The lime flavor really complements the subtle nutty avocado flavor. The best part--it took but 5-6 minutes to make!

I made it for Valentines Day, My fiance really loved it. I loved the dressing it was simple and very flavorful. Since it was a special night I added shrimp to the salad which made it perfect.
