This is one of the finest recipes I have ever made, kudos to Dave. It's flavorful but not overpowering. The beef falls off of the bones and melts in your mouth. Keep 'em coming Dave.

I am a novice cook and decided to try this recipe the day after seeing the show. It took a few hours but the entire meal was well worth the wait! One guest commented it was probably the best meal he had ever had. I would have to agree it was a delicious meal and one I would highly recommend you try!

I'm sure this might have been better minus the hoisin. This was the first time I've had hoisin and thought it was a bit overwhelming. The ribs were nice and tender and the potatoes were nice but the hoisin killed it.
