I am not a person who even likes meatloaf, but this recipe was awesome! It was so easy and very tasty! I have passed the recipe along to other moms who also are loving it.

I made this tonight for dinner but didn't have time for the sauce on top. My kids and husband loved it! It was a healthier version and they didn't even know it. I halved the reciped and baked uncovered for about 50 minutes. We'll be having this one again - maybe next time with the sauce!

I didn't like this at all, I think it might have been too onion-y or something. I took one bit and threw my plate away. My boyfriend thought it was alright though.... I'll stick with a more traditional meatloaf.

I'm not generally a huge meatloaf fan, but I wanted to try something new using turkey to reduce the fat. This was really easy to make and both me and my husband liked the sauce, and the meatloaf itself was very moist. It was a nice change from the standard tomato sauce that I've been used to that tops meatloaf. Easy + tasty= winner for me!

I made it for the first time tonight. Suffice it to say, it won't be the LAST! The sauce on this really makes the dish delish!

This was by far the best meatloaf I've ever made! I substituted lean ground beef for ground turkey and cooked a little longer since I had a little more than 2 lbs, but otherwise I followed the instructions to a tee. The sauce really makes this meatloaf out of this world, this is a definite must-try.

I just tried this recipe and I was really suprised by how strong the flavors were. The red pepper sauce is very tasty and, in my opinion, makes the dish.

I made a few changes used flavored bread crumbs instead of plain, also I added some worstershire sauce. For the sauce instead of water I used white wine. My family loved it and it made really good sandwiches the next day. I'll definitely be making this often.
