I tried this meatloaf because it looked like a healthy alternative to beef. I prepared as listed except I used jarred roasted red peppers because I did not have a fresh red pepper. I also aded extra salt and 3 times the requested garlic. I also added 1/4 cup medium tomato salsa in the turkey mix because I had it and figured it couldn't hurt.

The meatloaf came out perfect and had a very nice consistency. Awesome taste!!! My four year old loved it, and he does not usually rave over meatloaf. This is a keeper!!!

Amazing meatloaf! This is the first meatloaf I've ever made myself, from scratch, and I was apprehensive about it to be honest. However, from the first bite my wife and I were hooked! This is going into our food rotation immediately.

Tastes great fresh and is amazing in sandwiches the next day!

I can't stand traditional beef meatloaf, but this seemed light and refreshing. Today, I had to try it, and the whole familiy loves it. I also learned a very valuable tip for cooking meatloaf, by leaving room all the way around for the juice. BRAVO and Thanks!

Based on earlier reviews I added a little extra cayenne and some extra pepper. Easy and delicious comfort food

This recipe is extremely lean with the only fat coming from the ground turkey itself and the two eggs and is still absolutely delicious. Strongly recommend for anyone looking to cut calories or just looking for a good meal.

Not bat, I thought it would be a little bit tastier.

This recipe is easy to make and is a big hit with my family. It is also a great alternative if red meat isn't part of your diet and you want to take a more healthy approach to this comfort food!

The sauce didn't work for me. It tasted a little too much like gazpacho, but then again maybe I did it wrong! The meatloaf itself was really good.
